Psalms 86-95
Yesterday, I read in Psalms once again. These ten chapters in the book of Psalms is broken up between a couple of different authors of the book of Psalms. The writers of these ten chapters were King David, the Sons of Korah, Ethan the Ezrahite and Moses. There was also a psalm that was written for the Sabbath day, it is quite long for it continues on for a couple of more psalms then just one. During yesterday's reading I moved on from book 3 to book 4 of Psalms. All of these psalms were praising God's everlasting love and how he reigns from on high. I have learned from these readings that God will be there watching over us even when we don't think that he will be there because he loves us with his whole being for we are his from the beginning till the end of our lives.
"Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God." Psalms 90: 1-2 NIV
